GoogleAs buyers we found this agency to be quite reactive and a little frosty to deal with... not informing us that a house we were going to see had been sold until I went to confirm the appt 1 hr before hand. Etc.

The letting team at Gerrards Cross - Charlotte, Trish and Katie - were able to find replacement tenants very quickly in April when my original tenant was made redundant due to Covid-19 and had to give up the property.

I phoned the chichester office twice and emailed about a property we were interested in and had no response i even explained the 2nd time no-one had come back to me still no response very unprofessional and disappointing .
