Ran into a few problems during the course of trying to sell my property but the team at Slater Hogg & Howison were always keeping me up to date and pushing for movement with my sale. They were professional and friendly and I would highly recommend them for any property sales.

GoogleI have used Slater Hogg & Howison Lettings Ayr branch on numerous occasions in the past and will continue to do so. The process is effortless every time. Lettings staff have a wealth of knowledge surrounding the current lettings market and of all legalities and procedures associated with owning a property for let. They are only a call away through the whole process and are always more than happy to help. If you are thinking of letting I would highly recommend Slater Hogg Lettings Ayr branch.

GoogleI used to manage my own rental property however I found it very time consuming. I was recommended Slater Hogg & Howison by a friend who was in a similar situation. Since Slater Hogg have taken over the management of the property they have taken care of everything. I no longer have to deal with any issues associated with the property as they do this without having to bother me and when tenants have moved out they have swiftly found me replacements. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and no problem is too big - the difference with them managing the property has been fantastic for such a reasonable price.
