I have dealt with Michael Anthony for over a decade, having bought a property from them in 2007, rented that same property through them for 3 years when I emigrated in 2013, and finally selling that property through them in 2017. Accordingly, I have dealt with a few different members of both their Lettings and Sales teams, as well as a member of their senior management team. Without fail, all of them have been courteous, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, communicative, honest and a pleasure to deal with. When you live thousands of miles away from your property, as I did, you need to know that you have people you can count on to give you and your tenants the best possible support and to ensure you get the best deal when you're selling or renting out your biggest asset. The team at Michael Anthony were the people I counted on and they didn't let me down. In particular, Ella on the Lettings team and Rachel from Sales were my key points of contact and support. They both did an excellent job handling the many issues that arose and keeping me in the loop at all times. They were ably supported at key points by Helen, Lucy, Trudy, Becky, Mark, Adam and Andy, all of whom I had contact with at one point or other over the years. These other members of the team reinforced the impression of professionalism and service-excellence created by my dealings with Ella and Rachel. My interactions with Mark, in particular, set my expectations of the Sales team at as high a level as the Lettings team had already achieved. Needless to say, the Sales team vindicated his (and my) confidence in them, in their handling of the sale of my property and I thank them and the Lettings team for a series of jobs well done. As humans, I know the Michael Anthony team must have made the odd mistake during the time I was using them. That said, after a decade of dealing with them and having scanned my memory and my email archives, I can't remember or find evidence of a single issue I've had with them. Given my occasional tardiness in responding to their e-mails, I doubt they can say the same of me. To summarize, the team at Michael Anthony: • Always gave the impression that they had my best interests at heart • Did everything I expected of them quickly and to a high standard • Provided peace of mind at all the key points of my buying, letting and selling experience • Delivered this service at a distance, with me never having met any of the current team in person • Delivered at a price which I consider to be great value for money I can think of no other example in which I have experienced as good a service over as long a period, from as great a distance, with such a uniformity of quality across different representatives and departments. I can't recommend them highly enough, and as you can see from the glowing review in the paragraphs above, I really tried!

I have recently purchased my first ever home through Michael Anthony, and I have to say - wow. I could not have asked for a better experience from an estate agents. From the beginning of the process to the very completion, we were treated with friendly professionalism. Tyler our estate agent was brilliant. The support we received from the sales progression team was absolutely phenomenal - that team are an absolute credit to the company. Thank you to all of the team including Andy, Adam, Ben & Rachel. We managed to sell our property and place an offer in on our new house listed with another estate agents moving in within 2 months... (we were in a 4 property chain & got the keys shortly before Christmas!) Amazing. We found Rachel knew more than what our solicitors did...they communicated well to us throughout the legal purchase process & worked well with our purchase agents. We want to take the opportunity to feedback on MA preferred solicitors, JS Law, (unfortunately our first time buyers used them) - they were slow and clunky and could have resulted in the house sale dragging on for longer if it wasn't pushed through and chased daily ("paperwork often went missing and the senior solicitor wasn't present to sign it off" was some of the updates from our solicitors). We appreciate MA receive a referral fee from JS Law - perhaps consider another firm for an overall better customer experience throughout? Okay moan over you'd be happy to hear! We wanted to wholeheartedly thank the team for professionally advertising our house, selling it in less than 2 weeks - for the sale price and helping the process along to get the keys for our house before Christmas.
