GoogleGreat service from all the team at George David from the beginning to the end of the sale process. Crucially they kept on top of the process where both solicitors were proving to be a bit slow, and they even gave a great recommendation with a removal company that proved the best ones to go with. The team know the market very well compared to their competition and deliver an excellent customer service. Would recommend highly.

GoogleJust sold my property with George David and they were brilliant, had the property on with another local agent for six months but very few viewings. George David had more people through the door in six weeks than the other agent had in the six months. Had a few problems but the professional and hard work done by all the team resolved any hold ups for the buyer and myself. Definitely recommend them for your agent.

GoogleHad to deal with a extremely rude and unprofessional person over the phone: Andy Burges. The lady who showed us around the house, couldn’t answer a single question. Drove a long distance for this viewing. My time was absolutely wasted.

Dear Parham I am sorry that your experience with our company was unsatisfactory in your opinion. We always strive to offer the best possible service to any sellers or potential buyers. I understand you were unhappy that we couldn't meet you for a viewing appointment earlier than the pre-arranged time and when Andy informed you of this you felt he was rude. We always try to accommodate alternative appointment requests where possible. Unfortunately, in this instance it was difficult to make the viewing earlier, mainly due to a combination of having to honour other pre-arranged bookings and Saturday being our busiest day of the week. With regards to the questions that we were unable to answer I will try to get these resolved for you straight away. I understand that you were given the information on the ground rent, lease charges, room sizes and prices at the viewing. Amanda said you had a question regarding the type of flooring the vendor had chosen and the orientation of some of the other flats in the block? Before speaking to the owner is there anything else you would like me to ask? Please email me and I will speak to the owner directly with these and any other queries you might have. GoogleRang regarding flats was promised a ring back, but I had to ring them. I was then told information about the flat not correct. Stated on Rightmove that they were ground floor, but they weren't.

GoogleWe have used George David before and they have sold our property but we could not find the right property to buy but this has not stopped them from marketing our property again to a successful conclusion still offering a really good service with all viewings accompanied. We would not hesitate in using them again in the future.
