We viewed a property today on CARRIAGE ROAD, and had the pleasure of James taking us around the property. I don't usually do this type of thing, but we just wanted to say that James is a huge asset to your company. He was so welcoming to my wife and I. His manners and energy towards his job was impeccable. He was so polite towards us and the owners of the property who were there during the viewing, and showed real passion in his job. He came over very knowledgeable without being pushy whilst showing us about. Hands down the best estate agent we have come across. The entire sale process has been handled in a highly professional manner by George David. Our purchase was quite complicated due to a chain and delays with the onward purchase. Despite these challenges, Melanie was incredibly supportive from offer acceptance right through to completion. She kept us regularly updated, proactively chased all parties involved, and helped with negotiations whenever needed. In the final stages, Andy went the extra mile to make the exchange happen as planned. We are currently going through the sale process of our house with George David. Right from the start of the process of getting our house on the market through to now where we have nearly completed, the staff (Warren and Amy) have been friendly, approachable and extremely good at their jobs. We had our house on the market with other agents previously, and whilst there was initial interest when it went on Rightmove we got very little else, whereas with George David we regularly had viewings and they clearly do a lot of work behind the scenes to drum up interest until we found our buyer. We have been very impressed with the professionalism and personal touches throughout the whole process from Warren, Amy and the team at George David.

From the moment my house went on the market with George David I cannot thank enough the professional support from Andy, Amy and Charlotte. But my biggest thanks must go out to Amy who sold my house for me. Twice the sale fell through at the 11th hour and twice Amy went above and beyond and found buyers - the last new buyer was within 24 hours which totally amazed me. An offer was made and was accepted. Whenever I meet her, she was always smiling, happy but very professional. I always felt I was being treated as a real person and not just a client at an Estate Agent. Unfortunately our experience wasn't the best and we won't be using George David in the future. In short, we were lied to by Charlotte, which in turn we dealt with Amy who was rude, insisted on telling us how much she was doing for us and had to have the last word, messed around with dates completely "due to the chain" ruining our Christmas and New Year, handed the keys on completion like we spent a few hundred on a second hand car, not to mention the stale smell in the office. Glad it's over with to say the least.
