Wow and what a team! If I’m honest I’ve never considered George David before and I switched to this agent as another agent lost its sales team to this company. Amy Woolley is an absolute credit to this company, our sale had a few hiccups along the way however, Amys passion and determination to see my house exchange was seen throughout the whole sales process. I wasn’t just left to deal with the sale myself she was literally my right hand lady! Im sure Amy’s gonna miss me 🤣. Charlotte you’re not forgotten .. thank you for your hard work this also hasn’t gone unnoticed. Warren… you have a lovely team at George David. Anyone looking to sell their home. We already had viewings with other property agents but I can say George and David is one of the few who stood up.Special mention to George, who at first we thought would just be like other agents who will just stood upwhile we we are looking at the property. We were surprised that for all the 3 properties we viewed, he explained to us every bits information about each property. He was very kind and knowledgeable, even if some questions were already out of the blue. All the viewings went well, thanks to George who made them all convincing.BTW, all the properties were excellent, choosing was way too difficult. George David of Aylesbury I would highly recommend. Cannot praise the whole team there enough. Absolute total professionalism from start to finish. Nothing was too much and the communication was great. Constant updates and nothing was too much hassle . I had used other agents in Aylesbury and I have got to say, wish I went straight to George David first day. One thing that stood out from all agents I have encountered in the past is the fact that your not only a customer but also a person or family going through what can be a very stressful time. They also treat your house as a home with great respect. To other agents, once your signed up, seems like that's where there their services ends. The advise from Richard and the team was honest and straight forward. Many others will give a higher valuation to get you to sign up, but you know with George David they know the market and will not steer you wrong. Richard, thanks very much for the amazing service.

I have found all the staff at George David extremely helpful, understanding and professional. Their approach is not pushy or pressurised; it is very much that they want to help their clients sell their property for the best price and secure the right property. Their marketing is excellent. I very much like the fact that they offer a virtual tour and that the photos are very professional. The knowledge of the local market is second to none and that is really valuable in an industry which fluctuates constantly. I would highly recommend George David. Richard is extremely knowledgeable and professional and went out of his way, not only in terms of the sale of my property but in advising me on my property search throughout the process. I purchased my house with George David, so when it was time to sell, I contacted them for an evaluation and advice. The sales manager who helped me putting the house on the market was really very good, and they managed to sell the house at the asking price in three days. So far it would have been 5 star review, and my wife and I were enthusiastic of George David and their efficiency. However, then the problems started: first we were assigned to a man called Mark who was rude and with whom I had an argument at the very first phone call, as he was patronising. Then, it turned out that our file was passes to another person, Paul, who possibly does not even work at George David… the first clue was him referring to George David as “your estate agency”… anyway, Paul was difficult to reach because he wasn’t working at the estate agency and his mobile was often unavailable. In spite of having stated quite clearly to George David that since both us and our sellers were keen on moving as soon as possible, it took from June up to November to finally complete. While the agency from which we have bought our new home has been in constant contact with me, and while I have worked proficiently and hard with the other agency to speed up the process that seemed stuck for various neglect, I did not have the same communication and the same effectiveness from George David, and once completed, I was sad I had to pay George David, rather than the other agency, as the other estate agent really worked for his fare, while George David didn’t really do much after the offer was received. Thinking of how bad the experience was, I would have given 1 stars, but since they managed to sell the house in 3 days, which was anyway at least 4 stars, I have evened up and gone for 2 stars overall.

What can I say, the service we received from the team at George David was nothing short of exceptional during the process for us selling our two properties. There were hiccups with buyers and frustration with solicitors but the team went absolutely above and beyond to keep us updated day and even evening when things were stressful.
