We used the west malling branch of fine and country and found them the best people you could want in your corner,when selling your property.They got us the price we wanted which was £25'000 more than they thought it was worth.Special thankyou to Michael and Karen who were absolutely brilliant.All the other agents who valued it tried very hard to under value our property so they could get a quick easy sale.We also had some dealings with other branches of fine and country through the chain and all seemed to know their stuff and pushed hard to get things done.If we ever need to move,we will not hesitate to use them again in the future and highly recommend you do too.

The Norwich Team have been great. My property was advertised very quickly with great photo's and descriptions which led to a sale being agreed within 4 days. I can’t give enough praise to all the team at fine and country. They are very prompt with any issues, always easy to contact and very polite. We had deliberated over selling our house for many years as we lived abroad and F&C had valued it on a few occasions. They maintained a great relationship over the years with us and patiently waited for when the time was right for us to sell. It was a complicated sale with a chain breaking down, re-establishing itself and a few other twists and turns. F&C and their manager maintained a cool head throughout, listened to us and then added their professional voice to help steer the direction of the sale. A professional service and a very competitive rate for their services.
