GoogleAmazing customer service from a young lady called Charlotte Doherty! She has been amazing with keeping in touch throughout the whole process and ensuring she chases anything that requires a follow up. Everything she has said on the calls she has followed up with an email! Couldn’t rate her any higher!

AWFUL!!! DO NOT BOTHER BUYING/SELLING VIA BROWN AND MERRY AYLESBURY. THEY LIE/SLOW/AVOID PHONE CALLS. SOLD US A HOUSE WITH FALSE INFORMATION, WAS FIRST TIME BUYER/NO CHAIN AND WAS READY TO EXCHANGE AND FOUND OUT WAS IN CHAIN AND HAD TO WAIT MONTHS !!
