Booked a second viewing last minute at a property we have agreed to purchase in Aylesbury. William, who accompanied us for the first viewing and has been good with communicating, came at half 5 (after he had finished) for an agreed 15 min slot. However he stayed for 45 mins with us and it was extremely helpful and beneficial.

List bait properties that are no longer available and continually fail to return calls over a number of weeks, despite multiple commitments 'to come right back' when followed up. The Dfferent excuses provided each time. Serious question marks re: the ethics of this place, and that's before we get on to their complete lack of basic professionalism. As a buyer I would not consider buying anywhere listed by this lot, even if I really liked the place... plenty of other professional outfits that do manage basic things like returning calls etc out there. Potential buyers and sellers beware. AVOID.

I cannot recommend Brown and Merry's mortgage services enough! Loren Telford who is the Mortgage services manager helped me with my Buy to let Mortgage and is absolutely brilliant, she knows her job inside out, goes above and beyond to deliver. If it wasn't for Loren, I wouldn't of been able to get this buy to let property that I've just purchased. she's amazing and I highly recommend her services to anyone.

MK branch will require you to work with their mortgage advisor in order to view or make offers for their listings. Most agencies will ask you if you want that and probably will give advantages for those who do so, but specifically asking you to do that over the phone and lie to say the vendor wants that specifically, that's just utterly disgusting.

Within a couple of days tenants were found, checked out and signed up. Nicole has had her finger on the pulse with all queries and has walked the extra mile in customer service.

GoogleNicole and Matt in the Lettings team managed the whole process extremely well, keeping us informed of all developments and the things we needed to get done. Together they gave us peace of mind which is always needed when moving home. They were friendly, adaptable, understanding but pushed when needed. A really good experience.

Very disappointed with this Agency , once we put the house on the market we basically never heard from them . Only one call after a week and that’s it . Don’t expect any form of communication from them , we lost 3 months waiting for nothing to happen .
