GoogleTrying to rent for the first time with pets on hand has been difficult to say the least. Over our months of searching, each encounter we've had with Karen and Andy from Alexander & Co has been a pleasure.
We were periodically sent matching properties to have a look over. Whenever we had a viewing booked, everything was well-organized and we were kept up to date with all the relevant details.
We finally managed to find a place with their help and can say we're happily settling in for a first Christmas in our own lil (rented) place.
Couldn't have done it without Karen and Andrew and we're so very grateful for all they've done to help us!

GoogleWe have been tenants for almost 4 years with Alexander & Co our first year & half our experience with our Property Manager wasn’t great.
But since Ann-Marie has taken over as our Property Manager she has been amazing and so helpful, I would recommend all tenants to have Ann-Marie as their PM.
Even though we have never met face to face, I know I can always approach her with anything and I always get a response in the next hour. Her customer service is excellent. We appreciate her help and Alexander & Co you have a an amazing employee there!

This company withheld vital information about a house sale which meant we lost money and time in a completely avoidable situation, had they just been honest. We not only spent solicitor/search fees but we also completed on our house sale, moving into temporary accomodation with our two young children on the promise that everything was progressing exactly as it should be. Unbeknown to us, the house had been sold twice before, with the most recent purchasers waiting for an entire year before being left with no choice but to pull out, because the gentleman still residing at the property had absolutely no intention of leaving (it was a sale due to divorce). We lost 5 months of time, lost £££, and had so much hassle due to their dishonesty!!
