GoogleWe recently sold a property through 3 Keys and would not hesitate in recommending them. From start to finish, all staff who I spoke with were professional and helpful. They kept us in the loop all the time and went above and beyond to keep the sale on track. A special mention must go to Hannah who was a star throughout. They will be my first choice if / when I sell a property again.

GoogleThis is a month late but needed to review. 3 Keys were brilliant when I had to sell my mums property, Michelle & Hannah were a fantastic help, very understanding of my situation and the aftercare once it had sold was just great ( I’ve used other estate agents in the past who were shocking and didn’t bother with you once it had sold on the board) I can’t recommend this company enough, if I ever have to sell another property, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Well worth 5 stars!

GoogleRecently sold both mine and my partner's properties with the help of 3 Keys. Could not fault the service from the initial valuation through to the actual sale. Michelle, Hannah and the team were always on hand to answer questions, offer advice and generally steer the sales through their tortuous course (one in particular was quite a long chain which always give scope for difficulties). We were particularly impressed that emails were answered out of hours. Altogether a first rate service, for which we are both very grateful.

I have used 3 keys for a few years now for the fully managed rental service, they provide a very good service, I deal with Chloe on a regular basis, all my queries and questions are answered promptly and if there are any issues with the property they are dealt with professionally. Any repairs or maintenance issues are dealt with quickly by Ros, another member of the team. I have also dealt with Lisa & Laura, all the team are really helpful. After using another agency prior to 3 Keys who caused me nothing but trouble I am really glad I have found these guys, they offer a very personal service & are a pleasure to deal with :)

GoogleI have been letting my properties through 3 Keys for the past 11 years. During that time they have gone above and beyond my expectations in all areas. The vetting of tenants has been comprehensive and not just a form filling exercise. They use their experience and professional judgement to secure successful tenancies for all parties. The management of tenancies is always efficient and reliable. The service is friendly yet there is a determination to deliver when it counts. Houses are re-let quickly and issues are resolved promptly. Lastly, they try to represent the interests of both landlords and tenants in a fair and equitable way throughout. Special thanks to Ros for the many times she has gone beyond the call of duty in looking after our properties and Laura for her excellent management of the business. Thanks to the whole team! :-)

Hannah was a great communicator throughout and even when things didn't go to schedule (As they usually don't in these things) she didn't go missing. Always felt in the know with what was going on.
