I don't normally write reviews but Michelle, Hannah and the team at 3Keys Property have provided such an excellent service to my family that I feel compelled to do so. From beginning to end, the property selling process was clearly explained, transparent and managed perfectly. Michelle listened to our questions and requests and provided an absolutely professional and efficient experience. Communication with us was especially timely and we were always kept well informed about progress, without even having to ask for updates. I have no doubt that the fast, smooth progression was mainly down to the prompt, proactive approach that 3Keys took whilst managing the property sale and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Jaime has recently done a property inspection where I mentioned a few small issues. These have been actioned instantly and are arranged to be fixed in the coming weeks. We’ve just bought our first home through 3 Keys and couldn’t be more grateful for the experience we had. We initially offered on another property with 3 Keys which sadly didn’t work out, but when we found a second property (our soon to be home) we made an offer and were over the moon to have it accepted. The team were genuinely so excited for us, which made the moment even more special and showed how much they truly care. Michelle and Kate who were our main points of contact throughout. Really went above and beyond for us, even though we weren’t technically their clients as buyers rather than sellers. On the purchase side we viewed a couple of properties and at both viewings we were made to feel welcome: Hannah and Cat were both extremely helpful and knowledgable about the properties we looked at with them. When we decided on one to purchase Hannah guided us through the process and provided updates throughout. On the sale side we got prompt photos taken and a valuation, and constant updates throughout the whole process about the progress of the sale. We have recently rented a property with 3 Keys Property where we had Lisa Bailey dealing with our renting process. I need to mention that I am speechless of how she managed our application. She was amazing from the start to the end....and she went above and beyond to make this renting possibile. She kept us informed of every single update, no matter how small it was knowing the stress we have been going through.
