GoogleCalled to arrange a viewing of a house - all other viewings from other estate agents so far the agent has been there before us even when early. Waited 10 mins past our viewing time, no call from William H Brown, called them myself - excuse was that our agent was caught in the phone - the estate agents is literally 5 mins away from the property we went to view - not a good first impression

GoogleThey are really helpful whilst they are after your business but as soon as they have your money you end up having to chase them to receive the services you pay for. Luckily my landlord is fantastic but the services offered by WHB are lower than the standards I offer free of charge to my clients who are in social housing.

Very impressive

GoogleI found them to be very helpful and efficient. I believe they are competitive and considering it is a fixed fee they were willing and happy to go the extra mile. This was very important as this was a sale for my elderly mother. Julie ZuillPositiveProfessionalism, Value

GoogleAvoid at all costs. The worst service I have ever received from any organisation and I paid thousands for the privilege. Inadequate at every stage and when I complained to their head office they did not even respond within their timeframe. Millbanks across the road offer a far superior service.
