Professional and caring

Friendly, caring and professional. Excellent local knowledge. Keeping you informed every step of the way and aiming to get the best result for you. Really impressed with the excellent service from the Long Stratton branch. As far as purchasing is concerned the Diss branch have also provided a wonderful and supportive service too.

Big thank you to Ellen and Henry who were excellent and very professional when helping us sell our property. It was a difficult time in the market to sell a property but through their hard work we were able to achieve the sale we were looking for!

Whittley Parish, helped us buy our new home. Ellen's assistance and communication throughout what is commonly regarded as a very stressful process was brilliant. She took the time understand our requirements and acted upon them with due care and diligence to progress what at sometimes can be tricky negotiations between buyers and sellers. Ellen kept on top of the process with clear regular communication from initial viewing through to completion. I would thoroughly recommend their services.

We purchased a house through Whittley Parish whilst living quite a distance away, and they were excellent in facilitating everything we needed to feel confident in our purchase. We're not planning on selling anytime soon, but when we do I'll definitely be giving the team a call!

Absolutely outstanding service from Whittley Parish, notably the superb Sonia, who kept us well informed throughout the buying process. Her professionalism and tenacity put our own selling agent in Kent to shame. If we ever do come to sell, we’d have no hesitation in using the Whittley Parish team. Thank you all for getting us into our new home!
