Buying via WP

We were buyers via WP and I wanted to write a quick review about their sales progression team, especially Sonia in the Diss office. She was absolutely fantastic, she kept us informed of the progress, chased our solicitors, was an excellent go-between us and the vendors and couldn't do enough for us / the sale to make sure things progressed as smooth as possible. We were in a small chain and the estate agent we used to sell (out of the WP area) just didn't compare, we hardly heard from them, they didn't seem to know what was going on and Sonia knew more about us and the progress than they did! If this is a general reflection on the WP experience then I won't hesitate to use them if / when we sell.

Fantastic agents! Really helpful throughout the process of my sale. Felt like they went above and beyond, particularly at the end of the sale to get a long chain over the line. Would highly recommend.

Attleborough Office

Alex Parish and his team Nick & Louise at the Attleborough Branch gave exemplary service, Nick valued the property, Louise sold it and Alex made sure the sale went through smoothly, No matter what question the solicitors had Alex liaised with us and the legal team and made it completely effortless for us. In fact 36 days from offer to completion record time. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you all and your team are a credit to you Alex.

Extremely positive experience purchasing a property through Whittley Parish Attleborough. The purchase of our property turned into quite a stressful process and nothing was too much trouble for our agent Alex. Any messages left if, Alex was unavailable were passed quickly and dealt with promptly.

The team at Whitley Parish are the best agents I've ever dealt with. I am so pleased with the quality of the photographs and the friendliness of everyone I've dealt with, particularly Alex and Nick. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a knowledgable, local agent who puts their customers first.

Being a USA resident they helped through a new process and good advice…..good updates regularly ( on an inherently slow process )…nice no hassle company.

Both Nick and Alex were extremely helpful during a difficult sale of probate. The local expertise were crucial in dealing with a smooth sale process as well as providing an outstanding service going above and beyond a typical estate agent. Would highly recommend.

Me and my partner came to look at a property on the 23/03/2023. we turned up, and Henry was already there waiting for us. It was a lovely welcoming. Henry was a down to earth man, and he answered any questions we had. And was just a generally nice guy. Thank you for showing us the property. We loved it!

Louise and Chloe have been so helpful with getting us solicitor quotes from local companies, mortgage appointments and arranging and attending a number of viewings for us. The team in Attleborough have been great throughout the process of selling my house- great photos taken by Nick, Louise and Chloe took the time to come round and get to know my house prior to viewings and continued contact and reassurance given from Sonia, their sales progressor. Lovely team and hopefully exchange and completion is now within sight.

I met with Henry Garnham, yesterday to view a bungalow in Kenninghall, although it didn’t fit the requirements Henry was professional and really had all the information to hand about the property. Thank you Henry, we’ll be in touch again if you have anything else on the market to suit.

Extremely efficient service from Whittley Parish in setting up a viewing for a property. Met with Henry at the property who was an asset to the company, he had plenty of local knowledge, answered all my questions and gave me time to have a good look around. Thank you Henry.

We tried several estate agents before using Whittley Parish and the service from the other three was terrible. What a difference Whittley Parish was, excellent service and house sold. Very helpful throughout the transaction and they kept on top of it all. I have no reservation in recommending them to anyone who wants to sell their home.
