Orbit customer service staff are lovely but they are completely let down by the contractors they appoint. BSW for example dont meet service standards and if you call just say they have passed on to allocations team. This is for emergency jobs.This usually ends in a complaint to Orbit. Come on Orbit, start making these contractors accountable, they must be costing a fortune in complaints and shoddy work!

Orbit have been absolutely excellent towards me. They have come and done my repairs when requested, they are helpful and always very polite to me on the phone. I cannot say a bad word about them. I am very happy with the service they provide me and i am very happy to call them my landlord. Thank you Orbit.

Four times Orbit have been contacted wasting my time and my Mother's by being kept waiting for 30-40minutes at a time. Orbit were contacted a considerable time ago regarding Hot water tank not being connected toy. Cheaper rate electric. First contractor turned up and just but a timer resembling a manual cooker timer on the wall. No report was made. Second Contractor visited and said electric feed was required. Then 3rd Contractor phoned up and I was phoned as son of Resident at Flat 6 Evelyn House asking Me why they were there? Nothing Done. Each time I phone and am told Contractor will contact me within 3 days. Nothing again. I have now been waiting on phone for an hour. This lack of service is totally unacceptable. Orbit need to Get these issues sorted.

Further to my previous question, if a tenant fly tips, then everyone gets charged, a letter from Orbit to each tenant outlines how this impacts on each tenant, then the same tenant dumps loads of furniture, black bags etc., in the same area, what can be done? As I asked before, do not ask me to ring you, as I will be fobbed off as all tenants are! Orbit do not operate efficiently, they claim to handle complaints, repairs etc., in a timely manner, yet fail on every count.

Poor contact centre, been a owner for 18 years and it’s nothing but delays, false promises and impossible call centre staff. When there’s no need to contact them its fine, but reality poor build homes and awful after service and post purchase help. I’d never use them again that’s for sure.

Live in orbit flat am told that orbit manger visits regular not true have neighbour's who have carers who because orbit have not fixed the fence for 6 months I have complained complained and complained about this the carers use it for toilet purposes the grounds also kids play in the fence network rail have been down and said its dangerous also the carers put used ppe in a bin just outside the door the smell is exstauatueing also the cars park on around my parking spot orbit say it is not there problem say its council issue y am I paying for a individual numberd spot this turns in to a arguement as I have mental health issues as does my wife orbit repair people have been instructed to talk slow to us as we have issues I reported this all to mp and now orbit say I never informed them when I do and did they really do stress people out they do not take responsibility and pass the buck is there anybody that can hold them to account asap as I am living in a nightmare and no I will not contact them by phone the call centre are rude aggressive and have no understanding please can any one help us our mental health is affected epecially when we cant solve issues and get called liars point blank we cant afford to move nothing can any one help asap and actually understand the issues thank you

Awful from start to finish. The nice sales gloss quickly wears off the minute you get your keys to the property. Doesn't take long to realise you've been completely lied to.Snags will not be fixed, the builds are frankly poor, you'll be continuously lied to and the service received from site managers, workers and customer service is so bad it's actually quite funny. Avoid with an the biggest barge pole you can find, regardless of how keen you are to buy / rent. This is not the company to go for. Run, Run, Run
