From start to finish, we’ve had a great experience with Hammond and Stratford. Charlii is lovely and knows when to step back and when to lead when viewing a property - we felt really relaxed and able to take our time viewing. We’ve been updated tremendously through their team at CompleteAsap (Amelia is lovely to talk to!) and I am so so grateful that Euan and Bradley joined the team while we sold our property through their previous agency as it means they were able to see it to the end. It’s been an incredibly hard couple of years for us and Euan has honestly been my rock, I could just call and say ‘help’ and he’d fix it in whatever way he could. Hopefully I’ll never have to move again 😅 but if we ever do, I’ll be calling them without a doubt. Thank you so so much ❤️

Thank you Daniel for all of the support with our house purchase. You were always on hand to take our calls (and there were many) but you were always so patient and supportive, especially with enquiries. It was also a very quick process and the conveyancing was sorted in 9 weeks which no doubt you and Emma from the after sales team had a key part to play. Service was 5* and really pleased we got to buy from great selling agents. Would thoroughly recommend as a buyer or seller looking for local estate agents.

I would highly recommend Hammond and Stratford. We used the Attleborough branch and have been incredibly impressed throughout the whole process. Shaun valued our house. We had other (much lower) valuations from other estate agents. Shaun was spot on and we pretty much got the asking price. The digital aspect was amazing and our photos really did our house justice. Both Chana and Dan have been really helpful in the process and arranged viewings quickly and responded to calls.

Chana and Lana and the team have been fantastic, we bought a property and could not have had a more relaxing experience. They were always helpful and friendly, not overbearing, great with communication and overall just very good at keeping in touch. They did not push us for much but have a team that keeps tabs on the transaction, so that gives you great confidence. Having almost given up hope of selling due to 2 previous estate agents being so abysmal, Hammond and Stratford were a breath of fresh air. I initially viewed a property in Attleborough through their branch there and was shown around by Ben. He was pivotal in my move to Hammond and Stratford , as he liaised with Jacob at the Eaton branch, and in no time at all I had changed to them. From the very start they were professional, proactive and extremely helpful. Always communicating with me, securing more viewings in 2 weeks than I had received from 2 previous agents in 4 months!! I think that speaks volumes. They work collaboratively across all their offices to ensure best services for their clients. I also appreciated their honestly with the initial valuation, they were realistic from the off.
