GoogleLetting Process, Documentation and Follow Up Service was really good. There were few incidents we thought they could've done better but our overall experience with Hackett was really good. A Special thanks to Sarah Smith who helped us from the beginning and She was professional and Friendly. She gets 05 Stars but Hackett gets only 04 from us.

GoogleWe drove 18 miles to view a property, only to be told at their office that it was no longer available. They never called, texted, or emailed to let us know, yet claimed they never cancel without contacting clients. The staff were unprofessional and took several minutes to even acknowledge us. They clearly did not care about our time or effort. I would not recommend using this agency. My single review may not make a big difference, but I hope it helps someone.

Throughout my 2year stay, Sarah treated me with genuine kindness and care, always going above and beyond to ensure I had an stress free experience. While the apartment itself may not have been perfect, Sarah’s attentiveness and professionalism truly made all the difference. She consistently followed up on any repair issues I reported and ensured they were addressed as quickly as possible. The whole team has been brilliant throughout, always helpful and quick to sort things out whenever needed. A special shoutout to my property manager, Sarah Smith, who’s been absolutely fantastic. She’s always been on the ball, making sure any issues I’ve had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. She’s kept great communication going between me and the landlord, and it’s made a real difference in making my time at the property comfortable and stress-free. I’m genuinely pleased with the service and support I’ve received, and I’m looking forward to continuing this positive experience.

GoogleThis should be your #1 rent plug if you’re living/intend to live in Sunderland. I was able to secure my accommodation hassle from and from abroad without any problems. At the start of my process of securing my accommodation, Gill whom was the property manager then was very welcoming, approachable and always kept me in the loop. The team is very friendly and always listens or directs you to the pertinent member of staff to attain help or resolution. Nikki Smith who then became the property manager after I moved in and settled down was so helpful to me throughout my journey in my flat. I had an issue, reported it to her, she promised to do her best to help in resolving and she kept her word. Hackett Property has a truly great team and should be #1 agent to contact for accommodations in Sunderland whether you’re a foreigner or local.

GoogleHacketts were recommended to me by a contractor, I was looking for an agent to find tenants and fully manage my property for me! I wanted a local agent that is experienced in letting to students. I had Brendan come round to see the house and for him to tell me about hacketts and for me to tell him what I’m looking for! Brendan is a nice guy and very knowledgeable! Within a couple of days the house was advertised on various platforms And was fully let! GoogleI stayed with Hackett property for 3 good years and it was a smooth journey all the way. I got the house while I was still abroad effortlessly, not stressful at all. Anytime I had issues/problem in the house they attend to it immediately like is their personal problem. There staffs are 100% Nice, very patient and accommodating. I loved the service given to me all through my period of stay. Thanks to all the teams involved.

GoogleI used Hackett Property to manage a block of 7 flats for the last 5 years. The service provided was excellent, very responsive team, payments all made in a timely manner and the maintenance was dealt with efficiently with reasonable prices - they really do look after the landlords interests unlike some other agencies I’ve used in the past. Sophie / Clare and Hayley especially thanks very much 😄
