Overall a good service. Start of sale excellent service. Very quick to market & valuation.A couple of stressful times when no feedback/update was received on a Friday over proof of buyers funds, eg ! Short notes would be useful ie 'waiting to hear' ! Many times phone lines very busy, Central Office intervened. Often waited for return call to filter through.

Recently sold our house with Ryder & Dutton and what a fantastic service we received. It started with Martin who valued our property and then Tracy who helped arrange viewings and offers. We were constantly kept up to date and everyone we dealt with was so helpful. Once we accepted an offer Emmy took over our sale and she was fantastic. Always at the end of the phone to offer us reassurance and advice. Emmy you really did help keep us sane. We can't thank you enough. 11 out if 10 would definitely recommend
