I have been letting my property with Ryder and Dutton for the last 7 years. I find them thorough when vetting potential tenants. They do a good 6 monthly inspection of the property to ensure the tenants are looking after the property which gives me peace of mind. I would recommend them to any one looking for reliable letting agents

I've rented a property from Ryder & Dutton for 5 years. I waited for the roof to be fixed almost the entire time I have lived here.Every time I ring, there is a new person (because the last person left) that I have to explain everything to. Very slow to fix property issues, even spoke directly to the Landlord because things were not being done.

She also was available as a point of contact throughout the whole process.Our onward purchase was delayed but between Laura, Leanne and Nichola they all helped ensure things ran smoothly with our sale.They chased solicitors and the other estate agents and were super helpful right through to moving day!
