We highly recommend the whole team at Ryder and Dutton Royton, special mentions for Tom, Michaela and Emmy. From putting on the market, finding our buyer and updates and communication through out the whole sale was outstanding with added care and compassion as it was my Dad's estate. Being an estate agent ourselves from a different area it was refreshing to come across an outstanding agent and whole team at Royton. We could not recommend you highly enough.

Catherine the sale progressor is amazing! She wasn't even my estate agent, she was our vendors estate agent, but she was brilliant in keeping everyone up to date with information! Would definitely recommend ryder and dutton based in our experience with Catherine alone. They were great with arranging initial viewings for us that fit in with our work and home life, offering evening viewings shown around by the vendors. 10/10 service, Catherine is an asset to the team!

Ada has been nothing short of amazing. The communication has been the best communication we’ve ever received in a chain, Ada has not only kept me updated with every small detail but I also feel we have someone fighting our corner to make the process as stress free as possible.
