Would avoid renting through this agency. Nightmare with the landlord and this agency was zero help. Neither party declared a damping issue before we rented (and we got a report saying the property does have this issue), and avoided commenting whenever we brought it up. When we couldn't get anywhere with the landlord we turned to this agency for help who just said 'nothing we can do'. Rented for a long time and no other agency has been this unhelpful. We are currently paying around the clock just so we didn't have to live in mold caused by the damp (see pics, damages to our furniture) to come out of contract. Apparently they agree with the landlord that this is acceptable conditions to live in. They're not customer centric, they're for the landlords.
