I would not hesitate to use the services of Alastair , the financial advisor, should I need them. He is excellent. Everything is explained ( including the charges) and if it not for his sound advice we would have withdrawn from and very lengthy and unnecessarily complicated purchase . I can highly recommend the commercial team at RMS. They not only managed to quickly find a reliable tenant for me 2yrs ago, they also helped sell the property for me during the pandemic. I used RMS Jesmond to find a tenant for our flat in Newcastle. From on the onset Cristy and team have been clear, helpful and proactive. The entire sign up, marketing, tenant finding and tenant processing (referencing and contracting) has been smooth and seamless. I was able to get a good tenant with an uplift on our rental income within 2 weeks of the property being emptied.

Wendy in particular was incredibly helpful in the office whenever there were any issues with solicitors or timescales that needed chasing. Bruce did fantastic photos of my property & advised me on what the property was worth & Elle did most of the correspondence regarding the sale , plenty viewings were arranged & the property was sold very quickly.
