The sales team at RMS Fenham have been simply wonderful from the get go.They managed to find a buyer for my house within 2 weeks of marketing, were always professional and on hand anytime I had queries or issues regarding my sale (which was a complicated chain sale!).I have to give a massive thank you to Dylan, who progressed the sale to completion and has been infinitely excellent at keeping me updated and at ease during this difficult time.Also to Matthew who initially attended, took the fabulous photos etc.You’ve all been amazing, Thank you so much.I would definitely recommend RMS Fenham for ALL sales needs in and around the area. 😊

Hi my name is Darren and I came across Alistair Bowman as recommended though a family member we used him as our mortgage broker though the whole process of buying our first house Alistair was so professional and made us feel comfortable from the offset and explained every stage of the process with us all way to after completion! Highly recommend!

Alistair was brilliant through out the whole process of me buying my house. Alistair Bowman is hands down the best mortgage advisor in the business. Having used Alistair Bowman as my mortgage advisor for the best part of a decade it is clear that I wouldn’t want to use anyone else. Nothing is a problem for him, always communicating throughout the whole process and his knowledge/experience means he is able to answer all questions and queries that I have. 3 remortgages and one full house purchase and not once has there been anything that he hasn’t been able to deal with in as little time as possible. Cannot recommend him enough.

Very disappointing service

Very disappointing service, overpromised and under-delivered. We had to chase; calls weren't returned and had to be chased. They told us differing things at different times, e.g. first, our buyers had their mortgage, then they came in the following week to discuss mortgages, then something different two weeks later. I have raised level of service several times but feel fobbed off and was told it's normal conveyancing.When we raised concerns we have been told "David Jones should have been more on hand to assist with this, however as David is out of the office most of the time it would be impossible for him to do this".

RMS Gosforth are the people to use

I would say most people buying/selling homes find it very stressful, a very long process from start to finish.RMS Gosforth made a good impression on me from day one. I was welcomed into the branch to complete my registration forms. Eve made me feel at ease from the first day.I started getting viewings through for my property almost the next day, I dealt with Richard for my bookings who again was a pleasure to deal with.Once I accepted an offer I then got moved to Natalie who looked after me until completion today. Natalie is efficient and excellent in what she does trying to keep communication with all parties going, it is such a stressful time so having someone like Natalie keeping you informed ever step of the way is what everyone needs. (everyone needs a Natalie) !!!!I did speak to others in the Gosforth branch who again were super helpful sorry I can't remember everyone's names.If you are thinking of selling/buying then RMS Gosforth are the people to use.Thank you Natalie for getting my property over the line.

My partner and I are first time buyers and were recommended Alistair Bowman as our mortgage advisor by a close friend. Alistair exceeded our expectations. As first time buyers we did not know what to expect and Alistair talked us through every step of the process, ensuring we had all of the information required to make decisions whilst reducing our stress levels massively. It was not an easy process and we had to renegotiate our agreed sale price due to property valuation. Alistair liaised with the estate agents on our behalf as part of the renegotiation process and we do not feel we would have been able to secure our property without his knowledge and support. Alistair is extremely professional, knowledgeable and an all round lovely person. We would highly recommend his services and will continue to seek support from Alistair when remortgaging in the future.

I've used RMS previously for mortgage services, specifically working with Alistair, so when it came to my latest remortgage, I didn't hesitate to get back in touch. What I had originally hoped would be a mortgage for a house move unfortunately became a remortgage on my existing property. However, Alistair guided me through the entire process from start to finish, providing clear advice and helping me secure a product at the best possible rate. Alistair consistently goes above and beyond for his clients, particularly in challenging market conditions where lenders can withdraw mortgage products faster than applications can be submitted. His knowledge, responsiveness, and commitment made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate. I wouldn't hesitate to use RMS and Alistair again in the future, whether that's for my next remortgage or when the time comes to attempt a move again. Highly recommended.

This is the second time Alistair Bowman at the Ashington branch has secured my mortgage for a new build property and again he has been absolutely amazing. In a nutshell we had to do nothing, Alistair was always on top of any interest rate changes securing us the best rate available to us, he has everything planed and prepared ready for completing. This turned into a long process due to build time and he was always checking in with us making sure we had a contingency plan if needed.Alistair made the whole process very stress free, especially with the uncertain interest rates. We had a retirement flat to sell. Fully supported all the way through by Alister at rook matthews sayer right from securing a mortgage in principle certificate through too making an accepted offer and completion, we felt supported with all the advice we required... such as mortgage rates/insurances/time frames and explaing the processes...We were well communicated in every acsepct of purchasing a property and securing a second mortgage on our current home.
