I should qualify the Ashington branch is the one to avoid. Using a photograph of next door's garden is a misrepresentation of the property for sale. Not only bad communication but no communication unless I contacted them and being told 3 times that documents were about to be sent over to legal when in fact nothing had happened!!!!!!! Not the way to sell property. Not professional nor truthful.

GoogleAbsolutely diabolical service, would not use or recommend, didn't even want to give one star. The staff struggled to get my name right which is the height of ignorance. Continuously talked over me during telephone conversations and generally highly unprofessional. It is apparent the team are quite old-fashioned in their methods and are yet to understand that we are in 2017.
Basic skills were not met include poor pictures and incapability to display property to it's fullest potential. The team were constantly making up excuses and seem to like people to drop their prices in order to get a quick sale.
Very very rude and gave no interest when I called to take property down with them nor did they ask for any feedback on their service.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
