Excellent, efficient service. Great communication

Just sold out house today with Rickards. Absolutely amazing service. Mostly dealt with Cheryl who kept me up to date with everything immediately. She was friendly and efficient and was always in touch with the solicitors. The phone was always answered immediately. The whole team at Rickards worked really well together. It was a pleasure to deal with you.

Superb. Recently bought a flat advertised by…

Recently bought a flat advertised by their Ashington branch. Helped me through every step and advised on issues as they came up with solicitors. When the process stalled, as it did a few times, I was able to go in and have a chat, which helped my sanity, and they even arranged for me to rent from the seller while the process limped on!! Really human and supportive, sympathetic. Happily the one troublesome neighbour in the block where I bought has since left, and I'm loving my humble pad. Sorry for delay in writing this!

Always supportive and helpful

I arranged several viewings via the Ashington branch of Rickards and these were promptly and competently handled, including a second visit to a house in Lynemouth. When I found the house that was right for me my offer was promptly conveyed to the seller and their response communicated back to me. I wish the rest of the process had been as quick and efficient but that's solicitors for you (three were involved). Dawnie and her colleagues were all kind, courteous and helpful and helped calm my nerves at some fraught times. In hindsight these were fairly common bumps in the road but a friendly voice on the other end of the 'phone is still a big help at those times.

What a joke!!

What a joke!!! Used photo odd next doors garden for thd house I went to see. After my offer was accepted I had to call to see what was happening after 2 weeks of nothing and was told by one woman ' I wasn't the customer'. After 5 weeks of incorrect information I had to pull out as either the Vendor or the agent (,or both,) were not telling the truth. Diane the 'Director' hasn't got a clue. Avoid at all costs.

Poor attitude and the staff is impolite, lazy ,don't respect clients and not professional at all.

On 19/3/2024 at 13:05, I tried to call their office regarding the detail on the rightmove regarding the terrace located at Debdon Road. During the conversation, I have politely asked the lady/salesperson, whether she can offer any further detail such as "floor plan" "photos" as I an interested in that terrace and wanna grab more detail in order to make deicion.Unfortunately, the lady who picked up the line kept saying that" we have no photos, what is floor plan, ha?ha? I don't know, what??? What ? Floor plan? I don't know what is,floor floor plan, no plan", then I repeated asked her but she still teasing at me. As a salesperson, how come she doesn't know what is floor plan? The lady keep shouting at me over the phone, and said " floor plan? What is floor plan? I don't know, I don't understand what is floor plan....."The attitude of this lady really aroused my anger, what she said not only demonstrated her customer service attitude was very poor, but also demonstrated she was not professional at all. (The office should be the one at 17-18 Laburnum terrace, Ashington, NE63 0AJ)After 30 minutes,13:39 of 19/3/2024 i rang the office again and anther one lady alleged to be the director of the branch picked up my call, she admitted that the lady was her subordinate, she also admitted that they can do better for this incident. However, they still failed to get back to me about the detail I have requested until now.I wonder what they did already harm their business as they didnt know how to respect the clients, they are also unkind and not helpful at all.I really feel disappointed towards this company.
