Poor communication when marketing the property (both before and after viewings). Lots of no shows for viewings which were not followed up by them (I was never contacted with an explanation, I always had to seek them out). These viewings were also never rebooked which is noteworthy. When I contacted them for the second time about their lack of interest in selling the property, the response was rude and dismissive rather than conciliatory. No acknowledgement of the validity of any of the concerns or consideration of our point of view. It is a shame as I do not feel the tone of the response was professional or necessary.

HORIZON were the best estate agents that i have ever dealt with and i have moved a few times. The whole team were so helpful taking out the stress thats involved in buying and selling a property. Have just moved into our first owned home thanks to horizon! Ed was brilliant from start to finish! After going to look at a property and not to our liking, he suggested looking at our new home and we knew it was the one straight away. Ed was great with the flexibility too, after first viewing we had a few after too and he worked around my work and managed to meet me at the property. Always quick to get back to you and had good contact with solicitors too 👍🏻 Highly recommend and possibly move again if we ever move!
