Horizon recently completed the sale of home in Ashingdon. They worked tirelessly to beat the Covid lockdown obstacles finding solutions to keep things moving. It was a complex sale and Kerry in particular went the extra mile to ensure excellent communication which was extremely important. But Kerry with key support from Craig fought tigerishly to track progress and to chase down problems - of which there seemed to be many. Their commitment + support from the wider team finally pushed things over the line to enormous relief. Poor communication when marketing the property (both before and after viewings). Lots of no shows for viewings which were not followed up by them (I was never contacted with an explanation, I always had to seek them out). These viewings were also never rebooked which is noteworthy. When I contacted them for the second time about their lack of interest in selling the property, the response was rude and dismissive rather than conciliatory. No acknowledgement of the validity of any of the concerns or consideration of our point of view. It is a shame as I do not feel the tone of the response was professional or necessary.
