GoogleNothing but a complete professional lettings team! Nothing was ever to much for them. They answered all my questions and made everything so easy to understand. I was in contact with them constantly and they provided updates every day. Couldn’t fault the service they provided me and the patience they showed when I was having a few troubles with parts off the process. Lewis, Mandy and Lauren made me feel completely comfortable and part off the process from start to finish! I can’t thank them enough!

From the onset, Neil showed a fantastic ability to provide consistent updates and communication giving us great confidence that our sale and purchase was progressing in the right direction at all times. Where obviously there were challenges to be met, Neil provided first class advice and guidance and again communicated to us in a regular confident fashion for us to not lose faith in the chain process. We unequivocally recommend your move as a service provider and more importantly Neil as a manager responsible for such processes. We therefore would like to take this opportunity as often is the case that when people display such professionalism it is lost in translation and forgotten about with a mere thank you over the phone. GoogleUpon our first meeting with Andrew I knew it was the right decision to go with YourMove. We felt confident that he and his team would look after us, which they have certainly proved.... It has been a while since we've rented our house out and with all the new government changes our minds were put to rest with the knowledge and guidance we received knowing that they would take care of everything within their management package. Martha's patience has been tested she's been brilliant with helping us out with all the questions, overseeing the viewings for potential tenants. Overall Andrew and Martha have both been outstanding in not only their customer service, but with their care and attention they have shown over the last month or so whilst we renovated our house. A huge Thank you to you both and we really are looking forward to working with you over the next few months.

GoogleCouldn’t have asked for an easier and more stress free process for our first time renting. All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful, in particular Lewis. He was always extremely helpful if we had any queries or questions and was always happy to help us. He made what could’ve potentially been a daunting and stressful process feel like a walk in the park. Would definitely use Your Move again and would recommend it to everyone.

GoogleI had a very complex issue as was moving to Ashford due to redeployment, the first property was taken off the market and this was to become the start of a string of issues, which became very stressful for myself my family as well as the team Kelly, Steven and Mandy, one by one they were ironed out and with a lot of hard work we moved into a lovely house which has become our home, the tireless work and dedication of this team is second to none, always ready to help and they go above and beyond to put things right, and hey presto we are here and happy and I know the team at your move are happy for us .....thank you :0)

GoogleVery rarely got a response after leaving messages. The only employee that did was Neil Miller who was great. Bought my property through them and was advised before purchase that I could pay an extra insurance to cover non rent payments and court costs if required. When the property was mine opted to do this but was told I could not as the tenant in place had already been in arrears. I was furious and eventually had to evict the tenant! Rented the property through them but it was very difficult to get answers or pass on messages. I informed company I was going traveling and the only way I would know about bills was to email me. This information was never passed on and I returned to narrowly avoid a court case against me. The accounts and maintenance teams are in other places throughout the country and A never talked to B or C. The maintenance men they employ quoted me to repair work they had previously done themselves and on sending my own maintenance man in things that were quite frankly not needed. When questioned the reply was the tenant said they wanted it done and agreed it was not needed. Your Move take a cut in any maintenance done through them unlike some other companies! I decided to sell the property as I did not want to deal with Your Move anymore as I found the full management service I paid for extremely poor apart from Mr Miller. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but have been requested twice from the company to leave one. I would never use this company again to buy or rent a property I owned through them!NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleI lost £1,100- totally unprofessional staffs, no communication, it’s been nearly 3 months to chase my landlord rent of £1,100. They basically didn’t provide the money!! Staff refuse to cooperate!! avoid my emails.. basically they don’t care! IT’S BEEN NEARLY A YEAR - STILL NO RESULT!!! USELESS👎🏼

GoogleSam has been absolutely amazing, she has made the whole process of moving in with my partner for the first time as less stressful as possible. Any minor hiccup that cropped up, she eased my worries and kept me informed of all details and paperwork throughout the process. Hoping to stick to the agreed moving in date, but so far, all has been wonderful. Would highly recommend Your Move.

Lauren, their agent who assisted us looking at properties in Folkestone was very helpful, easy to approach and she was very keen on going the extra mile finding answers to our questions and queries. I highly recommend your move for anyone looking for property to rent! :)
