GoogleHas to be 5 stars because i got somewhere to live and at a price that was excellent for the town itself in comparison to most other properties so its helped my needs and i hope the 5 star service continues. I wish them well.

GooglePoor I would expect more from an estate agent - I have sent multiple emails and phoned several times about viewing a property that is on the market with them. The Property on Western Gardens in Willesborough and has been marketed by the company since early Feb. They have failed to follow up on a lead. As a vendor I would be extremely disappointed with this company and wouldn't feel they are doing everything to sell my property. I have now given up trying to arrange a viewing with this property as they obviously don't want to sell it. - As of 10:13 this morning it was still on the market. Very poor!
Mr Morris, we were really sorry to read that you had problems gaining access to the property. We carried out 53 viewings on the property and these included several open days and I am therefore surprised that we were unable to accommodate you. With so many viewings and 3 offers by the 17th March we were very conscious that we may be wasting peoples time if we showed them the property having tied up a deal. The property was marked available at the owners request and only went under offer when solicitors details had been confirmed and a mortgage application submitted. Please accept our sincere apologies that we failed to properly communicate that this was the case and rest assured that we have reviewed our systems as a result.

GoogleMartins Estates is a long standing family run business that have everything property related all under one roof and have always gone above and beyond for me. Having sold my first property through them, I also bought my first investment property that is currently being rent out by the lettings team. They have always gone above and beyond for me and would never recommend anyone else, especially not the nationals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

So this is based on lettings, I let my property out with them for a year it was supposed to be a fully managed package, in which time they was supposed to do 3 property visits they did none, yes we were in COVID but no email to say that they couldn't do them due to this reason? BUT still greedy enough to take the full monthly management fee. Paid me late 3 times each time I had to chase up and each time they blamed the tenants and everytime it was them that had made the error. Sent emails to them just to be ignored, so professional NOT. Also there is no proper complaints procedure. I would avoid completely as they seem to lack of experience and customer service is not there after you join them. There are much better companies out there locally so use one of them and don't let your property out via these.
