GoogleLauren and her colleague Etienne worked hard at finding a tenant for me, especially in these difficult pandemic times. Lauren replies to emails and texts straight away, and diligently follows up on the paperwork. She takes the stress out of finding a tennant ! I have used Lauren's services over the last few years with several properties, and will certainly be using them in the future! 5* Every time!

GoogleMann estate agents the high street Ashford Kent. After meeting the manager Adam who valued my property with his wealth of local knowledge we agreed on a price, the property was quickly put on the market. We were given a sales manager in the Ashford office to look after us, we found Sonny Ray very efficient and on top of the whole process we highly recommend him and Mann's of Ashford.

GoogleHopeless do these people really want to sell houses,I have had no response to requests for viewings or information leading me to wasting time travelling to 2 viewing which were booked but which no one could be bothered informing me that they could not get hold of the vendors. Perhaps Mann of Ashford need to look at their office management systems particularly the processing of enquiries I am not impressed

GoogleAbsolutely terrible. Impossible to contact if you have any issues. Constantly fobbed off with excuses. Had a broken cooker that they were supposed to fix but they made excuse after excuse and It never got fixed for the last 6 months of my tenancy! -2/5 stars if I could!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAs a first time Landlord they helped me through the whole process clearly explaining my obligations and each step of the way. The fees were were completely transparent and they have found me some lovely tenants and I would not hesitate in using this company again.

GooglePlease be extremely careful renting through Mann lettings/ redstone and avoid if you can! We had a broken toilet which flooded half of the flat at Victoria point. This was ignored for 8 months despite constantly reporting the issue. The heating was never installed and this was left unchecked for 1 year despite being reported. We received massive energy bills and were forced to pay these without explanation despite not having heating in the flat. The team were often aggressive over the phone to my housemate and unprofessional in general. The communication within this team was worrying, no one seemed to talk to each other and we had to re-explain the issue constantly. Despite all of the issues which Mann lettings/ redstone happily ignored for the entire year, they still tried to take as much of our deposit as possible. If you are thinking of renting from this company, ask yourself “would I be happy to be left in a mouldy flooded apartment unsure if there is sewages water on my floor for 8 months?” Save yourself from an absolute nightmare and rent from anyone other than these clowns.

GoogleI bought my first house through mann and they have been nothing but helpful, they contacted us regularly and updated us all the time. we wernt too sure on the process as we had never done it before but they guided us the whole way through. I highly recommend them and would not use any other estate agent

GoogleI dealt primarily with Etienne prior to my move, then Lauren Hills after moving in. Lauren in particular was very patient and understanding with my continual queries about the place, most of which I could have found out for myself if I wasn’t so lazy. I’d recommend Mann to anyone looking to rent/buy, for me, they provided a great service.

GoogleI haven’t use this branch but staffs from sittingbourne who have moved to this branch after I raised complaint you should BEWARE. Tony & Khush are unreliable and liars who took £525 fee from me for a company let and never told landlord.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWow!!! this Ashford branch is awful. If you can get anyone to answer the phone it's a miracle. Been trying two days In a row all times of the day to try and make a viewing of a property. If you were going to sell your house through them GOOD LUCK!! One thing for sure I definitely won't be!!!!!
