GoogleI have used these estate agents four times to let property and found their services to be satisfactory. They completely understand the market they work in and I will definitely use them again. The tenants have all been good quality giving me no cause for complaint. The team are all so helpful and well motivated and on the last two occasions I used them my property was only empty for a week and a half between tenancies for which I am extremely grateful. I used the tenant finder service as I manage the properties myself and think the service is good value for money considering they do all the marketing, viewings, check in, check out, inventory and can advise on legal compliance. Thank you for your hard work, your quick responses and your ability to listen to my requirements.

GoogleAs a family who recently moved to Ashford in England, I had learned that the house rental process was long before I arrived. However, this was until I visited Mann rental agency. Thanks to the team of staff, our house rental was completed in a very short time. We would like to thank Ms. Lauren, Ms. Angie and Mr. Joshua for their support throughout the entire rental process and for patiently answering our questions in a very short time. Being located a long distance from Ashford in my previous property made viewings difficult, however, I was assisted through each stage of the process to get into my new apartment in a highly professional manner. GoogleGreat service from start to finish. We had Maria round to value our home, our home went on the market on the Wednesday, viewings on the Saturday, Sold on the Tuesday. Maria was really confident and helpful. Whilst the house was going through she was their to help at any point as well as Brandon. Amazing service! GoogleI have had a wonderful experience with Mann sales and letting agents ashford. Tony Takara and Carlton helped me with renting a property. They spoke with me when ever was needed if I had any questions they were answered. They all worked very hard and made sure both myself and the landlord that I have rented from were happy.
