The worst house I’ve ever brought! 2years after purchase the whole house needs repointing as they used the wrong concrete mix so sand is falling out on a daily basis in piles around my house. As well as still have a leaking shower which has caused over £5000 worth of damage.

Dandara have been managing a Jersey property on my behalf for several years now. From finding a suitable tenant to ensuring that the property is well maintained their service has been efficient and professional.I did consider deducting one star because their management fees are slightly higher than some, but relented because the service is of a high quality.

I visited their 1887 site in the Pantiles and was shown around one of their mews plots by Jess. I was given excellent insight and background information on the site which really helped me envisage living there. Would really recommend going to have a look even if you aren’t planning to move as you might just be inspired by their excellent sales team!

Very poor from the day you move in, don’t want to fix nothing building riddled with problems found a leak in 1 month after 2 years want nothing to do with it, can’t find any paperwork about 10 year warranty they say they offer. Can’t post my pictures on there google page somehow they blocking them.
