Martin and Ellie in the Charing office have been friendly, helpful and professional throughout our recent purchase. They have always responded to questions and messages promptly and have kept us informed of developments.We would be happy to work with them again and to recommend them to others.We were slightly disappointed with their otherwise quality brochure, as it contained no pictures of any first floor rooms!

I rented a 2 bed house in Ashford…

I rented a 2 bed house in Ashford through Andrew and Co a few years back. I was browsing trust pilot and came across the company page which has prompted me to share. All I can say is when we picked up the keys we were told the house had been inspected that morning, only to find the boiler had broken down. We reported to Andrew and Co in the first instance who were not at all helpful. We couldn't reach the landlord to resolve and was told by Andrew and Co that if we paid for a boiler engineer to come out, they would not support with the costs. Andrew and Co were also verging on belligerent when we moved out regarding the check out process. When dealing with them, I found them to be disingenuous and only interested in acting on the landlord's behalf. I guess they would; that's now their bread is buttered. When we were buying a few years later, we dealt with the sales team at Andrew and Co who were more useful in handling enquiries and were polite, unlike the lettings team. I have also seen Andrew and Co have replied to another review, sharing a fair bit of detail of the particular case. A bit unprofessional and it would be more becoming to invite reviewers to get in touch with a direct email or phone number, should the reviewer want to discuss further, rather than airing 'dirty laundry' in public.

Patient, not in for a swift kill, rather say your place isn't worth as much as some estate agents suggest....ie. profound knowledge of local market. Reply in a phone call or email to any query - whether little or large - straight away. Best in town I would say ....from experience with other firms.

If your a landlord then look no further as you won't be disappointed

Right from the initial phone call to Andrew & Co Ashford, the experience and professionalism just showed straight away and that is very rare to find but if your looking for someone to rent your property out then look no further as you will be wasting your time. Helpful the whole way through and sorting out problems as they arose, nothing seemed too much for them to deal with and have been polite and professional the whole time. So much so I have moved my other property to them too. I can't recommend Andrew & Co Ashford enough for the lettings if your a landlord or tenant you will be in great hands so thank you to the whole team at Ashford for your help in everything and also especially to Elli who always went the extra mile throughout the process.
