We have used the lettings department at the Ashford branch for about a year to manage a property we rent out. Andrew & Co offer exceptional service for a very reasonable price. We'd used another company for a number of years, but decided to leave them as their service was becoming increasingly poor.Andrew & Co are a revelation! Their service is very efficient, organised and professional. Our tenants are impressed with the service and how quickly maintenance issues are resolved. All of the team are knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Andrew & Co.

After beginning my search to sell my house and down size, I never thought that the day when I actually moved into my new home would come, but it did on the 4th October. I had no idea about estate agents and blindly chose Andrew and Co. Matt Skipper helped me above and beyond the call of duty. As an older woman on her own he worked tirelessly to help me sell my house and was always there when I needed to vent my frustrations, never once complaining and really lifting my spirits. He is my HERO and an asset to the company. He works so hard to make his customers feel valued and important. I will tell everyone from now on to go to him should they want to sell their property.

Excellent service! I recently changed the estate agent that was managing my property as I was not impressed with the service I received. Andrew & Co have been the opposite - I've received contact via email and phone and kept informed at all times about the progress of the management of my property. Any queries I've had have been addressed quickly and whoever I've spoken to, they've been very helpful or put me through to someone that knows about my property.

From our first contact with Andrew and Co they were friendly and professional. Mr Andrew Neal visited and took pictures with suggestions on how to improve our presence in the property market place. Within hours our details were emailed to us for approval and once corrected, were bringing prospective buyers to our door.There staff were always polite and instructive and I would recommend Andrew and Co to any buyers or sellers.

If you know what’s right, you’re supposed to contact him now and start trading as soon as possible. Let the success story of others attract you to your success. Martin and Ellie in the Charing office have been friendly, helpful and professional throughout our recent purchase. I rented a 2 bed house in Ashford through Andrew and Co a few years back. I was browsing trust pilot and came across the company page which has prompted me to share. All I can say is when we picked up the keys we were told the house had been inspected that morning, only to find the boiler had broken down. We reported to Andrew and Co in the first instance who were not at all helpful. We couldn't reach the landlord to resolve and was told by Andrew and Co that if we paid for a boiler engineer to come out, they would not support with the costs. Andrew and Co were also verging on belligerent when we moved out regarding the check out process. When dealing with them, I found them to be disingenuous and only interested in acting on the landlord's behalf. I guess they would; that's now their bread is buttered. When we were buying a few years later, we dealt with the sales team at Andrew and Co who were more useful in handling enquiries and were polite, unlike the lettings team.

Quick, immediate service. Honest people with honest answers . Patient, not in for a swift kill, rather say your place isn't worth as much as some estate agents suggest....ie. profound knowledge of local market. Reply in a phone call or email to any query - whether little or large - straight away. Best in town I would say ....from experience with other firms.
