Excellent Efficient Professional and Transparent

I dealt mainly with Natalie, Ian would step in if Natalie was unavailable. From beginning to end the service I received was faultless and extremely professional. I was kept informed every step of the way, any queries I raised were answered promptly. The brochure and photos taken of my property were amazing. Although the sale was in a chain it was hassle free as Natalie was constantly updating me, liaising with the other sides estate agents to see where they were at in the chain, which I believe enabled the completion to go through within a couple of months. I cannot recommend this firm of estate agents more highly, and I will certainly be recommending Natalie Ian and the team.

Great service, highly recommend

I was very pleased with the advice and service from Andrew and Co. I was initially very nervous about moving forward with a house move, and saw 6 agents, a bit excessive but very glad that I chose Andrew and Co. Richard and Sanyell were friendly, available for any questions and my house sold in 2 weeks. Richard kept me updated at each stage and was patient whilst I found my new house! Would highly recommend.

I thoroughly recommend Andrew and Co to anybody selling a house. From the very first meeting, Martin was extremely well informed about the properties in the area and genuinely interested in our needs as customers. The whole process was well explained and made as easy as possible. When our house went on the market, Martin and Ellie kept in constant contact and we received swift and useful feedback on all viewings. Martin and Ellie conducted all the viewings on our behalf, and we had full confidence that both recognised the selling points of our house. Moving house is a difficult and stressful time, so it was fabulous to know we were in the hands of such a professional estate agents, who did everything possible to make the process as smooth as possible.

Look no further they are the Best

This is the second time I have used Andrew & Co for the sale of my house and yet again they did not disappoint. Infact yet again they have exceeded my expectations. When others struggle to get people through the door for viewings and making offers that you actually want to hear, Andrew & Co deliver and fast. But I must mention the fantastic Harry Best. Through a difficult and exceedingly long drawn out sale to overseas buyers Harry was the guy I could always relie on to keep things moving and get answers when things where unclear and looked to be falling apart. Yes I know it is their job but I have bought and sold quite a few properties and can safely say that he went above and beyond the call of duty and my expectations. If you are looking for the best estate agents in the South East then look no further Andrew & Co are the ones.

Andrew & Co Ashford were the agents for the house we bought. Charlie Wyatt was our contact and she was absolutely brilliant the whole way through. We had a very long chain and Charlie was the only agent to regularly ring up and down the whole chain to get status updates and keep things moving, and she kept us up to date all along. At times it looked like things might fall through or be delayed but thanks to Charlie’s regular chasing, we exchanged on time - I truly believe this wouldn’t have happened without Charlie. She went above and beyond what an agent would normally do, offering to help get forms to our solicitors and hold keys for the handover for our sale (which she wasn’t even the agent for). I would definitely recommend Charlie to anyone.

Having recently sold and bought through Andrew and co we thought we’d share our experience. We sold through the Ashford branch and had an excellent service. Paul was happy to listen to what we thought our house was worth and encouraging in our expectations. Charlie in particular was a great help in reaching our goal and was worth her weight in gold. Always there and even communicating with us late on a Saturday night. We bought through the New Romney branch and again had an excellent service. Mark was also a great help going above and beyond long after the sale had gone through. A credit to the company. All in all a great company to sell or buy with.

Andrew & Co - Wonderful. They were not the cheapest or most expensive. but I'm glad we chose them to sell our house. I am in the process of selling a house to a friend of a friend.I am absolutely gobsmacked that this company is still working remotely because of Covid.This is the only firm I know of that is still working from home apart from Canterbury city council. They say they are property Lawyers and have asked for Original planning permissions and do not realise that once the latest planning consent has been implemented then all Original planning consents are void.They have asked for instructions for the Solar panels which I receive money from EDF Energy.Who gets instructions for Solar Panels.We have stickers on all the input panels under the stairs with the installers number.Would any home owner know if there is a problem with their Solar panels.I think not.Anyway we have been offered 40K more from a lovely family from Saudi Arabia and if Andrew Lee & Co don't pull there finger out we will pull the sale.It's only another 4 months down the line and my Solicitors have all the info.

Friendly, compassionate and professional

All the team here were an excellent support to us as we moved from outside the area. Especially Natalie who went above and beyond continuously. From showing us properties that were suitable to our needs (and not just wasting our time like some other estate agents) to supporting us with solicitor enquiries and providing advice when bumps in the road came along. What an amazing team

What an amazing team! Do not rent with this company.

We rented through Andrew and Co over the last year and never again would we go through them for any future rentals. Their communication was poor throughout our tenancy. Often, we were chasing them for information, when it was their job to liaise with us. On the rare occasion when they did call (usually when they wanted something), they would call early hours on the weekend, despite asking them not to and asked if they could instead email, but this was always ignored.
