We instructed H&H Lutterworth branch for the sale of our home in a very difficult time in the market. Ali, Beth & Carly … wow what can I say! They were all amazing from start to finish on the purchase of our new home they all went above and beyond to make our dream come true! Nothing was ever too much trouble and we truly felt like they were rooting for us. We have been with this agency for 13 absolutely 👍 amezing very much so on borde with us we recently had an issue with our regarding rent increase , as we did a lot of decorating in the property and our landlord decided to increase our rent for a quite amount, Hawkins& Harrison really stood up for us and did fight our corner, they really negotiated our rent excellently , so thank YOU Very Much to Howkins& Harrison Agency , they are always polite allways giving us plenty of notice that they are coming to check the property and always check wether we are happy costumer living in the property.

It was the manner in which the whole process was contacted right from the beginning, Karen and her team were relentless and they showed professional determination in making sure that there were no unnecessary delays, within a week of application processing the property was ready for us to move into it, she also went out of her way to help us with some start up furnitures she sourced from another tenant who was moving back to her country and for that we will forever be grateful to Karen.
