We have recently relocated to Norfolk…

We have recently relocated to Norfolk using the services of Howkins and Harrison who successfully marketed our house in Ashby. From the very first phone call through to the final phone call, their dedication to our needs have been first class. We feel that the amazing Jackie needs a special mention for totally keeping us updated at all times and for getting things moving when they needed a little nudge. However, the whole of the Ashby team should be recognised for their dedication to what they do. With thanks to all involved for ensuring a successful sale and move. Kevin and Linda Brookes

Drew Stewart (Howkins & Harrison): A True Professional with Great Courtesy

This morning, I had what can only be described as a scrambled-egg-induced social mishap, and I feel compelled to share both the humour and my sincere apology.

Howkins and Harrison Lutterworth…

Howkins and Harrison Lutterworth recently handled the sale of my house in Gilmorton, which had been tenanted for 10 years. I cannot praise the team enough for the care and professionalism shown throughout the whole process. The actual sale itself took just a few days, but involved a lot of effort from Ali, Deborah and Beth with many viewings resulting in multiple offers. Once the sale had been agreed the work did not stop. I was kept informed on a regular basis as to the progress of the sale, my house was regularly checked as it was empty, both my solicitor and the buyers solicitor were contacted as and when appropriate, the buyer was chased if necessary. Right down to the day of completion the team took as much care as if it was the sale of their own property. I would 100% recommend the Lutterworth team, they are a credit to the company.

Letting and Management

Howkins and Harrison have dealt with the letting and management of my property for over 10 years. Recently the long-term tenants vacated, and the property needed reletting. The whole team at H&H were helpful and professional in ensuring the rent was set appropriately and new tenants secured promptly. All paperwork and legislation was shared and the new tenants have moved in only a few days after the works at the house were completed. Great service all round.
