Hi Angelina, So sorry that we did'nt respond sooner. Been a little busy moving house. We found we had an excellent experience with Alexanders both at Market Bosworth and Ashby . The staff in all departments made an extra exceptional effort in ensuring a quick turn around. We sold within a few weeks after a bit of haggling to the first people that viewed our house. Not quite gaining our asking price, but close enough, that allowed us to buy and complete quickly on our new build home. With no concerns, I would recommend Alexanders, certainly not the cheapest out there, but if you want quality sales an marketing and a happy contented result, these guys do it all rather well.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We were very happy with the service and assistance we received from Alexanders during or recent house move. The staff were polite and friendly. It was a difficult time with the pandemic but house viewings were conducted in a safe manner. We were kept informed of proceedings and staff were very helpful when we subsequently moved in a short time scale. We would recommend their service and would use them again if we were in their area. My rental property has been with Alexanders for nearly 12 months and I can honestly say they have been nothing short of fabulous ... From inspections to dealing with tenants I have been very impressed. My property recently came back onto the market and was advertised immediately, after 9 viewings within 24 hours the property was let to a new tenant who moved in yesterday. Excellent professional service I would not hesitate to recommend.

We transferred to Alexanders after poor service from another estate agent and couldn't be happier with the service they provided. They were professional from start to finish. They gave us excellent advice on how to present our house for buyers and and their photographer took stunning photos which attracted a flood of enquiries. They were always quick to respond to us despite it being a very busy time in the market and we always felt that they were doing their best for us. We would definitely recommend Alexanders.

Recently sold through Alexanders for my parents home. As per previous reviews on google, found the service from them to be excellent. Opted for this Estate Agent, as their valuation was spot on. Was interested in another property for myself prior to the sale which I did not pursue, but found the level of service as a buyer to be professional and helpful. So you could say I’ve had service from them as a potential buyer, and a seller. Tom did the initial valuation, and then the sale was mainly supported by Angelina, doing the client visits to the property to show buyers round. Which sold in under 3 months. Marketing materials excellent, and advertising. Felt that Angelina had our best interests at heart during the sale, was kept informed of visits, and progress. Could not fault the service. Would use again.

called 2 days after a property went up for let and said they would phone back when they had access to the property. Failed to call back so a week on I had to call and chase to be advised someone wants the property but could still view as nothing had gone through.
