GoogleBecca was simply incredible from the very first interaction. Friendly, open and incredibly knowledgeable. She was efficient, responded promptly to every email and provided me with all the information I needed in order to make my move as easy as possible. She really took the stress out of planning a move. Alexanders have been the best company I have worked with so far and I hope Becca gets a huge pat on the back for her impeccable customer service!

Due to a number of external issues the sale wasn’t exactly straightforward at times, but regardless of the issue or which member of staff was involved the case was treated with the same high level of care and professionalism. GoogleI was very impressed with the service I received from the team at Alexanders when I sold a house on behalf of my family recently. They were really professional in their approach and the house was sold very soon after being put on the market. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and I can't thank them enough for their help and support, especially Angelina in the Ashby Office and Tom who came out to value the property. But the whole team did a fantastic job!

After a meeting with Tom, who said all of the right things we were confident in their ability to sell out house. He also gave us a couple of ideas for presentation (such as brighter downlights in the kitchen). We were pleased to sell very quickly, at a figure very close to our asking price (despite other agents encouraging us to reduce it). Angelina was excellent in pushing the sale forward and keeping us informed, whilst acting in our best interests. We found her advice and feedback superb throughout. All in all, a great stress free experience. We would definitely recommend Alexanders!

GoogleDiabolical. Having had dealings with this company for a number of years as a tenant. I've never failed to pay on time but when I left they actively supported the crook landlord to rob me of my deposit and other monies and goods. They are only interested in their own gain, and when confronted play the pass the buck game. They'll argue that I was rude and offensive, truth is they would make the pope swear from frustration at their reluctance to help the tenant. In short do not rent property through this company.

GoogleCouldn’t recommend highly enough. We recently sold our property with Alexander’s based on them being the estate agents who sold us that particular property. During that purchase they were extremely straight, honest and strong and that’s how we needed them to be for our sale. No messing around, no beating around the bush just honest, experienced and professional advice that sold our house for the price we wanted. Great valuation initially and explanation. So many overpricing and under delivering on sale and service and Alexander’s were the opposite. They knew the price, how to achieve it and they did in a tricky period for the market. Brilliant, highly recommended.
