Moved to Alexanders from another agency as was getting no input. After speaking with Haydon originally and then Molly who took on my property it was within the first week the property received an offer. However it didn't complete until the following March, no fault of Alexanders i hasten to add. They were tenacious and pro active with communication and when things got complicated they simplified stuff for me. They liaised and spoke with other estate agencies and solicitors in the chain to get answers. I could not fault the service or professionalism of all employees i spoke to and would highly recommend. Choosing an estate agent who can beautifully market your property, generate strong interest, and ultimately secure the best sale is essential, and Alexanders truly delivers on all of this. What many people overlook is the crucial period after an offer is accepted and before completion. This is where Molly Mcbride was exceptional. She single-handedly progressed our entire chain, tirelessly chasing, coordinating, and overcoming several hurdles, and there were quite a few. We were part of a long chain with multiple delays and complications, and I’m convinced that had we instructed a different agent, we still wouldn’t have exchanged by now. I say this with confidence after seeing the stark contrast in effort from some of the other agents involved. It is vital to choose an agent who supports you all the way to the finish line, and Molly does exactly that. She was there every step of the way, and we are incredibly grateful for her dedication. I haven’t sold a house with this firm Or bought one. But I feel only fair to comment on the hostile rude service received. Helping a friend who’s selling a house I called Alexander’s to book a viewing on a house advertised. In short after being interrogated on how dare I ask to book a viewing for somebody else who’s not been sold a house yet I was told under no circumstances would they let my friend even have a viewing!!! I appreciate how buying/selling is stressful but this place is just arrogantly rude and disgusting Attitude is absolutely disgusting. Zero manners either. Snooty and stuck up I note your reply. You don’t have my details as the member of staff didn’t take them, as I wasn’t able to help book a viewing. I also note you claim other estate agents have been left negative reviews…. No they haven’t actually. And secondly you’re unable to see my other reviews. So please stop fibbing. Please just accept that trying to view a house with your firm is incredibly difficult! And yes I’m aware people are human and we make mistakes but sadly, like my review states already I was merely met with what I’ve already said.

Laura was absolutely 💯 brilliant. Kay on the other hand was rude, opinionated and offensive hence the 3 stars! To say to a buyer who was purchasing a 4 bed house that above the chain weren't using "men in a van" and were using 'professional removal companies' as they were not purchasing 2 bed semis or 4 bed detached houses, but farm houses and barn conversions nearly caused a chain collapse. It felt like my business was worth nothing! I didn't speak to her after that as I was so offended. The reason I used a local business is that he has been loyal to us for 7 years! We also bought all new furniture so didn't require 'a big' removal company! I was also asked if we could contribute to the above chain storing their items of which my husband said, if they can afford barn conversations and farm houses, they could afford to store their own belongings. No gesture was offered when we moved in, like our buyers of our previous house. They had flowers and champagne, but hey ho. When we come to sell/buy in the future I will not be using alexanders again, which is a shame as Laura was patient, responsive and informative.
