Lauren, Katie and Tina crushed it with finding us a rental with option to buy. I was in a panic because the original house we intended to buy was covered in mold and the owner was belligerent on price. On an airplane, coming back to the UK, I called Lauren in a panic. She didn’t just listen, she completely synthesized my situation. Two hours post landing, I was standing, with her, in front of the house I would be renting (aka - test driving) for 2 years with option to buy. (Which we plan to!). The idea that she knew what I needed, pushed to make it happen, and delivered on it seamlessly, was remarkable. She (and team) literally pulled a rabbit out of a magic hat!

We found Savills by chance on the internet when selling my mother-in-laws house and connected with Karen as soon as we met her. She understood our situation, having been in one similar herself. She was informative and not at all pushy and immediately put us at ease. She even had conversations with my wife in the evenings, from home, outside office hours! Karen was ably assisted by an amazing team - Billy, Frazer and Charlie who supported us through every step of our sale. This was made more challenging when my mother-in-laws sale fell through. The team were really good at keeping us updated and as a result we built up an excellent working relationship. I have had to deal with the sunningdale branch for many different reasons, Lettings, sales and general property management and I have to say they are on point with every detail. They have helped make my customer relations a smooth transaction and process which I’m sure we all want in life. The assistance of sales of properties was also amazing with no end to the help and guidance they give. Savills should be sure to keep Lauren in particular as it was this young lady who (in my eyes) made all this possible. Over the years I have had to move home some sixteen times as I pursued my career, dealing with a variety of agents. I must say that I have never previously experienced the excellent level of service Savills provides. By the time I approached Savills of Sunningdale, I had already placed my property with local agents who failed to appreciate its potential and as a result failed to introduced any potential buyers. I would particularly mention Frazer Chown who handled our sale. He quickly recognised the appeal of our property, finding a number of genuinely interested buyers, albeit some with properties to sell. From the moment a couple had agreed to purchase, Frazer kept me constantly in touch with progress from his almost daily contact with all parties solicitors and agents, ultimately leading to a successful conclusion. The team led my Charlie Fisher all work so hard together, delivering an outstanding service to their clients.
