They are professional and personable in their approach; the team comprising of Charlie Fisher, Karen Brannigan, Frazer Chown, Billy Donaldson and Ellie Thompson have a fantastic ability to provide an excellent service to both sellers and purchasers. GoogleWe recently bought a property through Savills in Sunningdale where Karen facilitated the moving process to be as efficient and smooth as possible which allowed us to complete in less than 5 weeks. She even went out of her way to answer some queries whilst she was away on holiday Karen also has been a great source of help for local knowledge as we were new to the area and has given the moving experience a positive spin rather than the stressful one it could be. Would recommend Savills and Karen without question!

GoogleI used several estate agents to rent my property before trying Savills. None of them successfully rented out my property. Savills did this within two weeks. The staff were amazing and each had their own area of expertise - they made recommendations, took care of repairs and led me though every step. I will continue using Savills - I wouldn't use another agent after my positive experience.
