Established in 1987, we are Bracknell’s most established estate agent helping homeowners, landlords, buyers and tenants in the Ascot and Bracknell areas. Owner Nick Thring took over the business in 2012. Never standing still, we soon expanded to provide a full suite of letting services too with Helen, Nick’s sister, and Charlotte, Nick’s wife at the helm. A real family affair! From a team of just two, the company has grown significantly in recent years to boast a superb team of local property experts. And, we’re not stopping there. In 2021 we expanded and now have an office in Ascot to help even more people with their home moves. We can strongly say our foundation for being local experts is solid. We’re local residents who play an active part in the community and our children go to local schools. Several long-standing team members have been part of our story for many years and we always encourage progression, development and training so our people are the best they can be. With our great culture and work ethic, we always put our customers at the heart of what we do. We’re lucky to have people who are genuinely passionate about property, and we’re often complimented for going the extra mile. We hope to do that for you too!

I am really pleased with the service from viewing right through to completion of the sale. Karen in transaction support was really excellent and made a stressful sale manageable. From the start Judy finding a buyer and Ashleigh giving me an achievable valuation inspired confidence. After accepting the offer: it was very professional and not much to report on - if I contacted DY always got an update. Once exchange was a possibility things notched up a few gears and Karen became the main contact. She made sure that she gave me regular updates and communicated with the rest of the chain to get realistic time scales and agree best path forward. She also made sure that the other parties involved were aware of key requirements based on exchange and completion. While she was on leave, Callum sorted another issue out. In the end everything came together suddenly. Great

FacebookWe used Duncan Yiedley to sell our property in the Crown Wood area and they were fantastic from start to finish. We found a property we wanted to buy before listing our own and therefore were in a rush to sell. Viewings were arranged by them prior to the listing going live and the property sold for the full asking price within 2 days. The staff are all very professional, honest and great communicators which put us at ease. The whole process has been relatively stress free, largely due to the excellent work Lucy does in chasing the chain and ensuring everyone does what they need to in order to complete swiftly. I would certainly recommend DY to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

FacebookHad the pleasure of dealing with the team at Duncan Yeardley with the sale of our house in Bracknell, the team have been honest and upfront keeping me up to date with viewing etc, must confess there was a little bit of friction at the start but once we had ironed these out together it was a seamless process, special thanks must go to Pierce who actually made the sale, I have to say a pleasure to deal with and to Lucy who whilst we were selling the property was brilliant and continued to be once the sale was progressing, Lucy kept us up to date with how it was going chasing the buyer and their solicitor and generally keeping things on track until completion, i would certainly recommend the team at Duncal Yeardley if you are looking for a local professional honest estate agent.

FacebookAfter 3 terrible experiences with estate agents where they seemingly looking down on us “This is the best you can possibly afford with your budget.” & the amount of hoops we have to jump through just to submit our interest, Duncan Yeardley was a major surprise change. Firstly the agency is bright & has a welcome feel. Secondly the staff are sociable & not robotic. Thirdly everything was sorted within less than a week (from submitting our interest to moving in) without difficulties unlike other estate agents. So thank you Pamela, Danielle, Caroline & Maureen for the welcoming card on our moving date!
