Excellent experience with Maddison at Cubitt &…

My experience with Maddison at Cubitt & West has been exceptional! Maddison was so helpful from the very first phonecall I made. Maddison is such a lovely person and excellent at her job - she not only listened carefully to our needs and gave us some brilliant advice, but she also embraced our home life wonderfully when she visited us; she was so very lovely to our very chatty and confident little boy, and was so attentive to him whilst juggling her professional role whilst with us and we are so grateful. Although we haven’t gone ahead to sell & buy right now, if the time does come I will be making Maddison my first port of call. The team have all been very good at keeping in touch with us in a supportive way without there being any pressure whatsoever. This really is a great branch and I would urge anyone to reach out to the team and particularly Maddison if you have any queries, or are looking to buy/ sell.

Great experience!

My partner and I had our first ever viewing and was shown around by Aden. Aden was fantastic and was full of knowledge and could answer almost all of our questions (all the important ones). Once our viewing was done, Aden had told us that hadn’t been in the job very long but after spending 10 - 15 mins with him I would have thought he’d been in the job for years!

The landlord of my current home put me in a precarious situation and I needed to find somewhere new to live, along came Becky and the Cubitt & West team to help with viewing and ultimately securing a property in close proximity to my current home.Becky's personable and amenable nature has been incredibly helpful during a rather busy and stressful time. We recently sold our house with Cubbitt and West.Although they are a bit more expensive than other estate agents we felt we made the right choice as we couldn't fault the service provided.We told them from the beginning we will need time to find a house to buy and they totally understood and we haven't felt any pressure from them.This although our house sold in one day.Especially Julie Bramble the sales progressor was very helpful providing us with regular updates and checking in with solicitors. From the first phone call the North End branch were polite, helpful and supportive. It has been a long and painful road to buy a property, but flat number 4 was meant to be obviously (other properties with different agents)! Selling my house quickly with Cubit and West

I decided to go with Cubit and West, due to the sales pitch by Claire Mansell which was very impressive. Once I had prepared the house for sale, photographs and a video tour were taken and sent to their Data base of potential buyers, the house was immediately viewed and an offer excepted before the house went live on their web-site, Zoopla or Rightmove.I was kept up to date on the progress of the sale at every step of the way, mainly by Cailean Burns, he normally answered the phone and was always happy to answer my questions and queries.They are also dealing with the sale of my girlfriends house sale and once again Cailean has been the main point of contact and has been happy to chase any questions and issues on that sale too.I was very happy with the whole process.

For the past six months They have been trying to sell my property with Cubitt and West I can’t praise them enough! The team in Horley is absolutely outstanding… from their communication style to the level of professionalism is spot on. I have been dealing with Ellie, Siobhan, and Ben, who are so understanding about your time limitations, routine etc…. As the property I own, has its quirks, I had to rely on their diligence and devotion to be able to find the right person for it. ! Which happened!
