GoogleIt was really a good experience with Collyers Properties. All services are online no worries to go in office and sign the paperwork. Even they sort out your problems if you get any of them. Staff is really Helpful. Every time listen to you when call also reply for emails soon.

All notices served by Collyers (including Section 13 notice required to increase rent) are served within the guidelines set out by the law. It is worth noting that we are also fully registered with the Property Redress Scheme, which is approved by Government under the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015.

GoogleExcellent service from a professional, caring and friendly team.... from start to finish. Our house was marketed, sold and completed in just over 12 weeks. Any concerns along the way were quickly and efficiently dealt with. Nothing was too much for them. Highly recommended!

GoogleCollyers were fantastic from start to finish when selling my house, lots of viewings from day one and ended up agreeing a deal with a buyer at a great price! Everyone was very efficient and also gave me constructive feedback from any viewings. A special mention for Kane who was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond, taking calls, emails etc..even on his days off!

GoogleSeriously bad service I have wasted time and fuel going to view a flat and just because I was alittle late due to bad traffic she left without even a phone call to check if I was OK. Don't bother with collyers they don't care about you
