I had applied to over 100 lettings and seen over 20 different properties, offering to pay upfront and even offering to pay higher than the asking amount, but I couldn't find a decent place to rent,
Things were becoming so frustrating and I was loosing hope,
Thats when Kane Gould from tgis agency stepped in and got me tgis really nice apartment,
I can't thank him and Collyers enough,

GoogleBeen having issues for over 2 years with my property and Collyers have been doing as much as possible to avoid doing any work with either not responding by returning a call and when i finally spoke too someone last I was told they won't do any work because they have decided to stop maintenance on buildings. That conversation was in January with no new information about are new maintenance provider. Appauling service will advise anyone to go else where, especially for how expensive there service is, you would expect 1st class service. still on going for over 2 years.

Hello Rhys,
I'm sorry your ongoing maintenance issue with your flat hasn't been resolved to your satisfaction. Unfortunately in the case of this issue it has been very difficult to find the root of the problem and not provide a quick fix by painting over the issue.
When we spoke in January we updated you on the ongoing status of the maintenance issue (we believe we had a resolution to fix the issue) and informed you the block management contract was in the process of being handed over and the new block management company had/will be updated on this issue.
I'm sorry you didn't receive our letter informing you of the changeover and you haven't heard from the new block management company. We have now spoken on the phone and we have provided you with the new management companies information.
If they or you need any further information on this issue we are happy to help.
If I can clarify Collyers Properties were dealing with the block management of the block of flats and were not directly involved in maintaining your flat that you own as a leaseholder. We would also like to point out that the management fee you paid was to the
management company you are a joint owner of and not directly to Collyers Properties.
Finally, as discussed on the phone yesterday and January, Collyers Properties as a gesture of goodwill to all of the freeholders of the blocks we passed over due to the re-structuring of our business, we waived our final 6 months fees.
