GoogleCan't rate Leigh at Hackney and Leigh highly enough. She has been terrific. Mum gets easily confused and was daunted at the prospect of selling the family home to move into a smaller more manageable flat. But Leigh listened to her needs and was very friendly and helpful with whatever queries we had. She has guided us through the whole process and has given that personal touch that is so lacking in many organisations these days. Would be happy to recommend her as estate agent to anybody.

GoogleAs a family selling a property after a bereavement you need an Estate Agent that will deal with the sale of a property efficiently and swiftly we had many hold ups with our sale.But Leigh at hackney and Leigh kept us informed through the whole process. Due to chain issues it took much longer than expected, but they were with us all the way, Great team Great service! Special thanks to Leigh she was a star !

GoogleWe sold our house through Hackney & Leigh last month. From start to finish the service we received was first class. The photographer who did the fabulous brochure & all the staff in the office were so lovely, helpful, efficient &, very approachable. Even after we sold, subject to contract they carried on working tirelessly to make sure our sale went through smoothly. We found out more from them than our solicitor. We were kept updated every step of the way, I highly recommend them & would absolutely use them if we were moving again.

GoogleWe can't speak highly enough of the amazing sales team at Hackney and Leigh during our recent purchase. Our experience with the team was positive from the outset, with Gail guiding me through the viewing and even rescuing me when I got lost in the dark! From there, Kiera, Claudia and Holly all went above and beyond to navigate us through a tricky and stressful process due to our downward chain, even contacting us after office hours to ensure we were kept updated throughout. We're very happy to be settled in our new home and appreciate the massive effort it took from the team to make that happen! Thanks so much to the entire H&L team!

GoogleIn the past year, I've bought and sold a house with Hackney and Leigh in Arnside. On both occasions, I've had an excellent experience. My main dealings were with Leigh Bedwell in the sales team and I found her to be efficient, communicative and very professional. Buying and selling houses is rarely stress-free but Hackney and Leigh made the process as smooth as it could be.
