Always cheerful and friendly, they have exceeded my expectations in that they have kept me up to date with the sale and purchase throughout, and have always been able to help with every enquiry I made. GoogleVery disappointed as they priced my house too high in order to get my business and then crashed the price on the web sites two weeks later. Promised glossy brochure which they never printed. Office staff not open to receiving feedback and took several phone calls to act on instructions. Some poor vetting of potential buyers.

Disappointed to say the least. No negotiation skills, terrible communications, I would not go back to them. It takes over a week to receive a reply by which time the house is under offer.

GoogleBuying a house isnt always the smoothest process but when i had issues it was the support from Holden Copley that made it easier for me, it felt as they acted as my solicitor, my mortgage broker and vendor all in 1. Absolute credit to everyone at the Arnold office, i strongly recommend their services.
