Although the sale/purchase of our house hasn't been the smoothest of processes, there's no other company than Holden Copley I'd rather sell through. Thankyou to Melissa, she is always there to help, always replies promptly and is very supportive! Highly recommend & would 100% use again if needed.

FacebookAbsolutely brilliant. I cannot thank you enough, I have never sold a house before and you made it so easy. In comparison Haarts who I purchased my new house through were abysmal and I will never use them again! If you want a good service from people who keep in touch and explaine and do everything they say they will then this is definitely the one for you. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

FacebookI couldn't fault any of the staff or management at Holden Copley over the last few years either when renting out my late Mothers house via the Arnold office or when selling it earlier this year via mainly the Hucknall office. Everyone at Holden Copley have at all times been very professional, efficient and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody. Many thanks again for everything. Paul Jacobs. 👍😊x

GoogleViewed two properties in th this agent in last year or so once for myself once for my mother. On both occasions multiple viewings were booked at same time without us being told felt rushed and not able to view property properly near enough walked straight out, this is a family's biggest investment if you can't afford an accompanied viewer to do staggered appointments I certainly won't be considering making an offer !

GoogleBest agents in Nottingham. Sold our property one weekend for above the asking price (at the competitive price to other agents). The majority of our chain was dealing with Holden Copley which says a lot. Once offers were accepted Sheryl chased all the way to the end. Use Holden Copley if you want an agent who is driven to sell your property.

GoogleDodge estate agents,, they can turn over their own decision?? they will say your offer is accepted and then they will ring you sorry property is sold to someone else unless you want to give your best offer, and after best offer they will ring you and tell you sorry the vendor is willing to sell other party, this has happened twice with me on the same property. Cannot trust them now.

GoogleVery glad to have Abigail and Melissa at Arnold branch helping me with the property purchase. They are very responsive and prompt to action. I never had to chase (in fact I have been chased a few times which is good!). The conveyancing process went faster than expected and Melissa continued her support post completion.
